What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for my time, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. I will allow 1 last minute reschedule, due to an urgent or emergency situation, per calendar year. Subsequent last minute rescheduling within that calendar period will result in a loss of your deposit. If you can not adhere to the spirit of this policy, you will be required to prepay for all future services. All no call, no show situations will be charged the full amount of the service missed.
Oh no! I’m running late. What should I do?
Trust me, I know how that feels. The best policy is to call and let me know what your actual ETA is. If I have wiggle room in my schedule, I’m always happy to accomodate a client. However, I may not have any wiggle room and you will still be required to pay for the entire session that you booked, regardless of how much time you actually receive.
My schedule is really crazy. What happens if I’m a habitual rescheduler?
I completely understand that some seasons of our lives are more hectic than others. If you are going through such a season and find yourself rescheduling a lot, you may be asked to make same day appointments only.
Why am I required to pay up front for my appointment?
I require all new clients and online appointments to pay upfront. If you need to cancel and do so with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.
Do you sell gift certificates?
I sure do!
Your prices are higher than the local massage franchise. Why is that and do you offer discounts?
My prices are higher than the local massage franchise, but they are commensurate with my experience. I have the knowledge and skill set of a seasoned vet (I’ve been a full time LMT since 2005 AND I’m a veteran of the USAF). Your time in my studio is a boutique experience of bespoke comfort that I take pride in.
That said, if you are having trouble fitting massage into your budget and you feel I’m the therapist for your needs, please feel free to discuss your concerns with me. While I do not discount my massage services, we can adjust treatments times to fit a tight budget, if necessary.
What do I wear during a massage? Do I have to take everything off?
Absolutely not! The old line is “undress to your comfort level” and it’s still as good as ever! Plus, know that you will be conservatively draped with sheets and a blanket. I work with my client to preserve all levels of modesty.
Can I go without draping during my massage?
No. Ohio has conservative draping laws that I adhere to strictly.
Do you perform sensual massage?
Nope. I do not. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am licensed to perform Massage Therapy. I do not perform sensual massage. Do not ask for it. If you do, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your deposit. You’ll be sent on your way with a “Not cool, man”.
Please save my time and your money. Just don’t do it.
